IbBought a Nusican N 19 (my second one) through Walmart. The first one fully charged 100%-4 lights. The second one I got about 2 weeks ago would only charge 75% (3 lights) after 3 plus hours of charging. Is there a problem or a way to fully charge it?

Hi, I purchased your N18 car jump starter from Amazon a year ago. Charged as instructed and put away til needed. After about 6 months had passed, jump starter was needed for dead battery. As soon as jumper cables are plugged in, all the unit does is beep. Cannot decypher error code on screen, ends with 3 dashes. Can you please help?

I bought a jump starter from Amazon and it wont charge past 10.8. Flashlight wont stay on over few seconds and it wont jump a lawn mower battery.
